After Hours Coverage:
On call Rheumatology Fellow available weekend and holidays, and Monday-Friday after 5:00pm.
Non-emergent messages can be left on the voice mail system @ 444-6120 and will be retrieved the next business day.
Referral Process:
Because we are a specialty practice, patients must be referred by their primary care physician.
Prescription Refill Process:
When calling for a prescription renewal, please know the name of the drug that you need and telephone number of the pharmacy where you fill your prescriptions. Please monitor you medication supply to avoid the need for prescription renewals on weekends or holidays. Refills should be requested during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. There are many medications that the on-call physicians cannot refill over the phone. We prefer 48 hours notice for refills. This allows us time to get your physician's approval and the pharmacy time to fill the prescription.
Directions and Parking:
Heading North on Interstate 95
When traveling north on I-95, take exit 18. "Thurbers Ave." exit. Bear left at the end of the exit onto Thurbers Avenue. Take a right onto Eddy Street. Approximately 1 mile on Eddy St., you will come to a light at the intersection of Eddy and Dudley Street. Our building is on that left corner. (2 Dudley Street) Please see instruction below for parking and entrance to office are.
Heading South on Interstate 95
Heading south on I-95, take exit 19 and bear right on exit ramp. At the end of the exit ramp there is a traffic light. That is the intersection of Eddy St and Dudley St. Our building is directly across from that intersection. 2 Dudley Street. You will need to enter the doorway labeled "Medical Office Center". See below for parking lot options.
Traveling from 195W
Take 195W to 95S. You will need to take exit 18 "Thurbers Ave." exit. Bear right on exit ramp to Eddy Street. Take a right on Eddy St. Approximately 1 mile on Eddy St, you will come to a traffic light, which is the intersection of Eddy and Dudley Street. Take a left on Dudley St. Our building is at that corner, 2 Dudley Street. See map for parking options available. Enter our building that is labeled "Medical Office Center".
Handicap Parking
Valet parking is available for those with handicap parking permits only. Parking attendants will greet you in front of our doorway (Medical Office Center). Designated handicap areas are also available in public parking areas.
Public Parking
If you are using the public parking lot, you have 2 choices. Parking is available in the parking garage on the lower level of the Adult Emergency Room and entrance to parking deck is on Blackstone St (or entrance on Willard Ave.) You will need to take a ticket for entering, however, parking ticket validation is available in our office for $2.00.
